To try and put the shits up people when in real life it is putting people off bikes and instilling a resentment against people who ride them
To every man upon this earth
    Death cometh sooner or late
And how can a man die better
    Than facing fearful odds
For the ashes of his fathers
And the temples of his Gods

    Good one matey.

We all need reminding although the American figures will be bad because wearing helmets is not compulsory although that minced up guy had a helmet.

We should never be complacent....if we are stupid or do not ride defensively we affect others........family....and even the other driver.......

Posting up shots of people who died while riding will not help save others. It opens eyes for about 5 seconds then it just makes people cringe for a short while. Maximum affect of the site is around 5 minutes TOPS.

The last thing I'm gonna be thinking about while I'm trying to overtake a car/truck/school bus is not the dead got in pic 4.

"There are consequences to actions", so do you try to perfect the consequence? or the action? THE ACTION.
I'd rather perfect the a safe overtaking manover than see pictures of people who didn't.
I wave to every biker I see.

Some times your lucky, sometimes your not. Except when your unlucky on a bike, it can be hurt a little more than if you were in a hummer.

Well, that got a lot of response.
Sorry to those that were shocked,I found it on a US bikers forum.
The response on that was almost entirely disgust at the anti bike spin of the site,I'm surprised the response on KB was so different.

P.S. there were a lot of fatties in the pics

    Not a good look!

Seeing them only reinforces how fragile we are in the wrong circumstances.

I found them interesting and informative. Will it change how I ride? Not much.

I think they are dangerous for statistics of the un-motorcycle kind. John.
