Why haven't you then? If it's such a bargain?
Old Slabbies just not that popular these days
Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?

Because it's old andtired. They were great bikes (owned 2 myself) but can not in any way cut it with bikes that we are used to now. The market for this bike is very limited, no good for a new rider, not much appeal for an experienced rider. Someone like myself would be a good punter for it, ie someone who has little intention of using it regulary but more like to keep it in the garage as a momento of a by-gone era. I'd love to have in my shed, a 1985 Gixxer, a 1988 (RR model anyone?), a 1991, 1995, 2000 and 2005, all 750's.

Cromwell's a long way to go for most folk, to check it out. And at that age it could be well tired despite his claims.
