    got my bike

    Hi folks,

Just thought I'd let you know since I had asked your opinions re the 900 Hornet V the 1200 Bandit. Today I signed up for a new Hornet with those good guys at Botany Honda. I rode a Hornet a couple of times and I just liked this bike. Plenty powerful enough for me, and quite nimble for a 900. I got a Black one and some Givi cases to go with it. I think that no matter what bike you buy, if your like me, you always want to personnalise it with your own stuff. So a big bonus for me was that the bike was $2000 cheaper than the Bandit, and so now I will be able to also do a few things, like put a really good shock on the back and perhaps get the seat redone to increase the comfort level. Also a centre stand which I can source from UK for about $250.
So guys, dont blame me if it rains for the next six months. Right now, I'm a very happy camper.
    Cheers, John
