KTM Shop In Alexandra: Good Bastards

People are always quick to criticise the bad service they get, but it's important to give credit also:

We pulled into Ian Day Lifestyle Equipment in Alex the other day while on tour looking for a new rear tyre for the KTM, they had a good stock of adventure tyres (which is rare), inlcuding the exact one I wanted, gave it to me for a very sharp price, dropped everything to fit it right there & then, & gave us a few tips on the local riding. They even had an old KTM 600 out the back for my mate to drool over (he used to own one) That's what I call good service!

Gotta agree with you there. Bought my Virago from Ian Day Motorcycles. A few minor teething problems were dealt with very appropriately - those guys really went the extra mile to make sure I was happy.

Ian Day's is my local motorcycle shop. They are always right up there on customer service and if they haven't got an item I need then they get it overnight. They are a bunch of great guys, and support the local motorcycle community 100%.
