The pitter patter of new wheels

I'd like to introduce you to the new member of my family.

My wife has finally succumbed to my gentle hints and traded her SV650 in on a new Kwaka Z1000.

She was a bit hesitant at first. She loved her SV but saw the Z1000 at a show and it's been on her mind since.

I took one for a ride and loved it so finally convinced her to do something about it.

We just got back from a ride around the East cape over the weekend and I can't get the grin off her face. Awesome bike.

We bought it from Hewitts Motorcycles in Dannivirke and I can't say enough about Stuart and the team there. Excellent deal, excellent service.

Good on you Mrs Grumpy. I had the pleasure of testing a Z1000 in Aussie and it is a very capable bike. I can well imagine it being women friendly too. Happy riding

She's ridden the 1400 a couple of times. During the summer she works long hours so I guess I'll have to volunteer to give the Z1000 it's exercise

Hope she enjoys clocking up the k's on her new bike. I'm not sure what woman friendly means but hopefully it is!!!!!

Pitter patter of new wheels etc.

    Well stuff you lot!!!!!
My doris is quite satisfied with taking the 1200 S for a blat now and then and is satisfied with it, the last thing I need is shit-stirring buggers like you suggesting that she could ride anything better
