    Highway 16 and cowshit.

Went up 16 today, some cattletruck has left quite a lot of cow-shit all over large portions of it, is there is any showers up there might want to be a bit careful.

    Thanks for the heads-up vinducati!

While on the subject, I have heard from a reliable source that SH16 is being more heavily patroled now and into the future, apparently the locals/cops have had a guts full of speedsters. There will probably be several BMW bike cops frequenting that road too!

    So we've been warned!! :spudwow:

I doubt that the cops are sick of speedsters. Their jobs would be boring without them.

    Hmmm, interesting.

They've been patrolling it for a while now I think. Mid to late last year there was a period where I'd see a cop every time...about 3 times in a row I think. Not good. Haven't really been that way much since...

Yeah heaps of stock trucks and motorbikes on that road today.

What time did you go up? Went to Mangawai around mid afternoon on yellow SV / RG150.

Didn't see any police today but wasn't really speeding anyway.

Went out along SH16 on Sunday and only saw one HP cop. Maybe just lucky timing.
