I've seen the same exhaust setup on an 05 636 and it looks puke..

I'll go find it when I'm bored..

The GP look has always been cool, it's the reason the Movistar/Telefonica/Repsol/Marlboro/Luck Strike/Pepsi etc etc look has been around so long. Not a big fan of adding weight to get it myself, but still looks ok if you know what it's there for.

But unfortunately it doesn't look anywhere as good as the RC211V - it just doesn't look right - if it did the top exhaust would interfere with the brake light and I doubt you could have a pillion - things could be engineered to make it more realistic maybe, but $$$$.

I wouldn't do it to mine, even for the sake of a few ponies.

Top zorst needs to be more streamlined with the bike, I prefer the hidden RCV type double pipes under the seat with the slash cut.
Or they could have done it right like this:

I like the idea behind it but it's a shit finish, the top muffler needs to be flush with the tail unit, it just looks cheap, normally Arrow make good shit, but..........
GSXR wiping the shit that is that Honda, Yamaha and Kawasaki off the road since '85'

I thought the finish was pretty good, the execution was a little off though... It's not an exact RC211V replica, but... it's not an RC211V init

/edit: Except for that exhaust hanger... yuck

this is kinda what I remembered, but not the shot I remembered..
the guy who owns this, reckons the second pipe gives better mid range..

    i just think it's wank.
I'll have another look late, but took long enough to find this one!
