    a hinge from the hardware store @ 50¢, then sell it on for $15.. not a bad profit

    ummm, it's sitting on top of the hugger. The hugger moves up and down with the wheel/swingarm. It'd bash the crap out of the underside of the seat as it is.

    also, MT, the screws poking thru the bottom would rip into the tyre..

    Ok I might be going blind in my old age... but where is his exhaust???

    Sure it looks facy now but as soon as you wack a standard CBR thou zorst on it I doubt ot will fit there.

    The zorst is fitted mate, its a pretty trick one though with the outlet only just poking out through the underside.. its got some type of aftermarket undertail cowl on it too to suit the pipe.
