Bad luck and wake up huh? mirrors come before throttle always - I'm surprised an old 150 got that fast to get the ticket to begin with?

    *cries*

Why does everybody think my darling RG is teh slow?

You're probably just used to riding bikes that get 0.2 km/h per cc.

Just ask all the bikes that I pass every day into Wellington. Oh shit, there I go, past tense dammit!

I am going to be quite bored for the next 4 weeks. I think that'll be into uni mid-term break? I'd better find a replacement vice quickly.

Which makes you wonder why his licence was taken.
I was about to say 93 k's is 1.5 seconds and a throttle twitch away, then I saw your ride. Oops.
your normally up with the play Luigi...since 16 jan this year you get the privilege of public transport for 28 days for exceeding the POSTED limit by more than 40kmh....doesnt apply to TEMPORARY limits, they remain at 50+kmh
now thats one clever move by the Politicians

actually I wondered if you entered Parliament by stealth and came up with that wonderful piece of legislation??

an whats wrong with the fellas RG???, at least it aint a GS!!!
fun for ya buck I'd say he wins hands down...but what would I know I probably ride a minimoto!!

    !!
    What are you on about?
I know all that. I'm pointing out the stupidity of a speed not being sufficient to warrant a charge of dangerous, Yet having one of you lot pluck their licence for it.
You know, silly concepts like courts finding guilt and fixing penalty. Instead of being at the mercy of some cops mood.
    Speed doesn't kill people.
    Stupidity kills people.

Riding it back to his house, I could kinda understand why he got the ticket. It's a pretty violent bike, I found myself going 100 indicated (so only like 80) and thought "oh shit, slow down". My RG is far more sedate, I assume because a new piston is overdue

At least this ticket should convince you to stop being such a hoon. My first (and only so far) ticket set me straight
