Who would really have thought that 'The Doctor' would lead the way in the first practice session of the first MotoGP of 2004? Probably not the people from Honda!

There are a few other surprises from the just finished session too. Like Kenny Roberts slotting the Suzuki into 4th fastest and Troy Bayliss & the Ducati way back in 17th position. But that is just the first practice and there are bound to be more surprises to come. Pity you won't get to see it live.
