Th colour of your leathers/clothes say something about you

If you are multi coloured then you just add them all together.

Beige - Cam, dependable, no fuss biker

Blue - A biker with clear thought, maturity and responsibility

Black - This biker requires protection from the outside world

Gold - Symbolises luxury, top-of-the-range, expense, sophistication and glamour

Green - Balanced and peaceful. The biker will keep the machine finely tuned

Grey - Enjoys a well-made, functional machine. Sometimes has slight low self-confidence

Mauve/Purple - Upmarket biker, but also rather naughty and self indulgent

Orange - A biker who likes physical comfort, pleasure and sensuality, though opposite to blue

Pink - A maternal biker, loving, nurturing and a strong assertion of the feminine

Red - The sign of a strong and masculine biker, exhilerating and exciting

Silver - The biker who loves luxury, speed and fine engineering

White - The biker wants uncompromising, clean excellence and the world to keep away

Yellow - Self confident and optimistic biker. Fun,yet more mature than the orange biker

Pink - A maternal biker, loving, nurturing and a strong assertion of the feminine

You never have to wash or clean black

Blacks great - you don't have to worry about chain grease or tar. And if you scuff them it doesn't really show. Doesn't fade as much either. And will go with whatever bike you get in the future.

I want to get a slightly retro looking leather jacket in black/silver/baby pink, more something styly for riding around town and looking nice in than as my main jacket though. A friend agreed that pink leather is cool, but she'd have to buy a new bike first. Her current one is red, and red and pink would be seriously uncool.

Teknic show a pink and white leather jacket on their website, but they seem to stock different colours in different countries, so you may not be able to get one here.

White is all colours. Black is the absence of colour.

ahhhh no. heh. Although I could go all dark blue which would match the lower part of the bike. But I am not wearing pink leather. Pink is a fat colour!!

Nothing wrong with pink bits (I really like riding things with pink bits ), but a pink base ..... not ever.

I love em, nothing looks better imo. I used to just love the black leathers only, but changed after seeing some real nice examples of matching leathers. I like the jacket top right of your pics.

    Cool

I personally think it is a little naff to match your bike with your leathers. But the worse offence is rider and pillion with matching leathers and helmets. I have black leather and black and blue codura with a red/white/black bike. I love the coloured leathers but would never try to match the bike I would just go for what I like and who cares if I coordinate or not as long as I am happy with what I am wearing.

    IM DOOMED__

MY bike's yellow, (i didnt get a choice) had to buy another jacket that fitted me, you guessed it "Fuckin yellow patern", i got some headphones for christmas so i can listen to some groovy music while riding, without asking the colour "YEP fuckin yellow,,, my saving grace is my pants are black ,helmet is blue, the last save is even though i look like a ponsonby fag, i can still pull great wheelies"-

this winter im painting my bike

    .................................................. .................................................. .........................

    option 1: Joe Rocket: $425.
    option 2: Icon motorhead: $290.
    option 3: Icon sports: $350.
    option 4: AlpineStar Stunt: $320.
    option 5: Teknic $245.
but - but .............. have you noticed that, erm, you have several DIFFERENT greens there????? :spudwhat:

if you feel you HAVE to match your leathers to your bike, that'd be cool - but ONLY iffen you get the EXACT shade ........... otherwise it'll look naff - sorry my 2c
