We bought a piece of land about 1km up the hill from prop prison site! First on agenda will be mini bike rally/house warming just to let locals know we have arrived.

Oh sweet! It's too nice to put a bloody prison anywhere around Kaharoa...I lived on Te Waerenga rd for nearly 5 years. Great place with views of White island and could see the snow on the Napier/Taupo ranges, on a clear winters day. It's a great little country community out there.
