Very nice! Which ZX9R did you have?
Very nice! Which ZX9R did you have?
It was a 98 zx9r, really good bike, but it was getting a bit tired and i thought we are only here once so go for it..![]()
Sweet, mine is the 99, no difference. I didn't think their would be a great deal of weight difference between the 9 and 10. I'll proberly do the same as you in about a yrs time, but still not decided on the ZX10R, ZX14, GSXR1000K6, BussaK7...etc...What is the riding position like and pillion comfort like compared to the 9?
Cool..can I have the steering damper, can I? can I?
Was drooling over them at Ham MC yesturday. Don't think I have ever had a salesman come talk to me in that place!
Do I smell, look like a dork, have wanker written across my forhead or all of the above?
Don't forget it's not healthy to sleep in the garage tho!![]()
good on ya neil, looking forward to seeing it on the nxt ride.
the 9 you had was in great condition
Young & dumb!
Pillian comfort= not very good unless your a flexible.
The riding position is more radical than the 9, but not too uncomfortable.I've yet to get out on a long ride though. only done 200kms at the mo.
I think i will hang on to the damper, got a feeling i might need itOriginally Posted by Krusti

Take the whole guard off - 2 L brackets and the plate fits nicely between the pipes - nip down to Mt Eden M/C's to see how its done.
