    seriously, that is why i would keep my bike in my room if i could...
    (not that we get a frost like that up here in the winterless north(but oyu never know))

    I mean the exact year. Most were guesses of an early or early 80's CB, but to pinpoint the exact year? Unless something in particular gives the bike away.

    The 250T was my 3rd bike, heres my 1st bike... who can tell me what it is and the year?
    I'm unsure what it is myself, I remember it as a !!80cc what do you older guys reckon.

    looks like a Yamaha YG5 ( what ever their odd bloody model names were back then) from around then 68' - 70' era

    Interesting you say that as I remember calling it a G5 80... so YG5 may be it.

    Looks like a 1980's Honda with comstar wheels. Maybe something like a CB500X.(was the X for a turbo?) Mr Honda brought out some models that have that general shape & painted white too. I reckon its white under that camouflage. That's my guess

    Sit down mate... we need a chat.

    The CX500 & 650tc were turboed the CB range were never turboed but did have the comstar wheels as did the CX500a's & b's
    The CBX never had comstar or turbo's..... only white bikes were the copers CB's and the CX euro's (includes Turb)
    EITHERway....... no 80's bikes looked anything like that snow covered 78 CB400T
    *wanders off shaking head* muttering 'and you own a VTR'
