i an sympathise with your posistion. Its time for mygirl to leave the 250 behind. I have no doubt she can handle more power, dont know if i can handle having her on a sprots bike though.

My dilema. she wants a sports bike that suits short arms and legs, and weighs sweet fugg all.

just realised this was a member's bike for sale(doh!) so I wanted to put things in perspective about the value of these bikes.
It's true i sold mine in 2000 for $6800 BUT it was not nearly as good as Skunk's mrs' one. It had 30k on the clock which was high-ish for it's age at the time & it had been thrashed both at puke, on the dyno & on the clevedon/kk-bay/miranda circuit as well as subjected to daily akl city commuting rain/hail/shine. it also had 2 shagged race tyres on it. also it had gone down in a low speed oil slick fuck-up. having said all that it was still a good strong bike which i think shows how good they are.
the dealer i sold it to, gave it a wash & some fresh rubber & stuck it in his shop for $12995. I don't know what the bike is actually worth but i can say that it is probably a truly awesome bike ALL ROUND.
anyway that's enough grovelling from me, but just wanted to be fair & provide more facts as to why mine was sold so cheap.
