Where is the browns bay licence tester?

Ok so Ive also posted this in the club250 section, but am getting little imformation..
So Im going for the restricted tommorw and Im heading out to the testing station at browns bay, but Im not totally sure where it is.. has anyone done it there? or give me a location?

Is it the same place as the car licence testing, in that soccer club room?
