Warbirds over Wanaka - who's going

Well had a fantastic day at the warbirds, the F111 was full on.

Got to love the road though Cardrona to Queenstown so much fun.

The roads down here are the best!!! except I have never seen so many police on the roads in the middle of no where.

In Christchurch tomorrow so may catch up with the KB crew there.

Yep, the bosses decided to focus the HP on the Warbirds traffic.
(and going by reports of other years and the traffic chaos/idiot driving I'm not surprised)

Bloody awesome. I was there for the first 2 days, had a blast and will find and post pics soon. I was annoyed that I wasn't organised enough to poist my phone number on here and get in touch with someof you guys... Sorry.

Fucken loved the show though. F111 on the practice day gave me the shits - I was sitting talking up at the fence at the end of the runway (lift off, not the taxi end) and the thing came past with it's arse on fire. It was the first thing to go past that day apart from the odd 172 touching down prior to 10:00am....

Awesome - I didn't stop grinning for days.
