    Which explains the glee of some in this thread. Understandable too. It's a result that reflects a public mood in relation to crime & punishment.
    Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?

    Yes.. correct. Myself personally had to be part of an incident where the cops didn't have the manpower/time to get to a situation which was getting pretty bad. Something is wrong in a big time with this country when this happens - it is simply a way of celebrating avoiding the slow and soft route through courts.
