That's not an illmannered opinion, and illmannered opinion would be something like 'What a fuckin plonker, wasting his money on a piece of shit that always will be'.

The facts remain, you are wasting your money and time. I'm the only one kind enough to tell you that it would seem.

I appreciate what you're trying to do, but there's a better (cheaper, more likely to actually give results) way to skin that cat. All you want to do is add oxygen right? Use some nitrous. Far easier to build and tune, far least outlay from your wallet.

It would a shame for you to invest so much time and money into a lost cause.

Hmm, maybe you DO have a point, but seeing as i've already spent the cash on the turbo (only cost me 75$ as the oil seals had gone on the exhaust side).

And i've already invested plenty of thought so meh. And i'd have no idea how to install a nos system, nor would i know where to get a bottle filled or anything like that.

A NOS system is incredibly simple (when compared to making the belt driven turbo thing work). Sydenham Park Chev Spares can fill the bottle. Heaps of good books on the subject, could probably get one from the library

John Britten had serious coin, this young fella doesn't. If he's going to spend money trying to polish a turd, I'd much see him approach it in a manner more likely to give some rewards, that's all.

I had planned to get back to you about that cable when it suited me
