Cop B8, I always run a plate. If I didn't that would be illegal. And people around here seem to throw scorn on people other than them who do illegal things - it's just not PC old chap! As for the L Plate thing, I'm sure it's illegal for someone other than a learner to use an L plate on their bike. Someone from one of the fast crews suggested using L's for a laugh on their thou but I recall someone said it was illegal.

Since the Anzac weekend ride is all sorted. Is anybody keen to do a trip down to Picton/Nelson/Blenheim on Easter weekend? Perhaps an overnighter.
And hopefully I'll be helping the Brits out on an American one by then.Originally Posted by sels1

You know you had a good nite when you have to ask someone if you had a good nite.
We head off over to the Wairarapa and do a loop ride around some of the back roads with a stop in Martinborough.Originally Posted by Bend-it
Takes most of the day and usually find riders drop off during the day, probally for reasons like yours.

It's true what you say Mrs KD. I felt exactly like that when I first got on my new bike. I think part of the problem is you're more nervous about a new bike, especially if it's brand new. Easier if it's already covered in scratches.Originally Posted by knight rider
