    Arrow The Custard rides again!!

Finally got 'Custards' Custard (make sense? - Yellow Gixxer 1000K4) back yesterday from Colemans. For those who didnt have a clue or were watching to much Coronation Street, he had a wee mishap on Waitangi day (6th Feb) failed to make a corner - not from speed tho.... The bike ended up on its side and it looked like it had looped - the nose section was bent as well as the packframe on the back.

Anyway after getting her back to the shop and repaired, I had great honour to be the first rider. Colemans done a very good job on the bike, shes feels and looks like brand new! Thankyou Colemans for the great workmanship!

So for those who are interested in Custards wee story..... we are having a "Revisit the Monster" ride in which we will take the same route (and hopefully complete it this time!) as we did that day. May even have an unveiling of one's corner Have a look here if ya interested: http://www.kiwibiker.co.nz/forums/sh...ad.php?t=27300 Choose which date suits you and then we will pick the most popular date. Good chance to meet up with the Whangarei crew (they are worth the gas alone! Specially that poof on a new ZX10 ) and to see how spoilt they are with their choice of roads up there.

Anyway back to what I was leading up too......... Custard has just got back on his bike tonight for the first time since the spill - Glad to see he can pick up where he left off but with a more reserved respect for bikes....... Havent had any phone calls yet so he must be doin OK.

Good chance he will be on this Thursday night NIGHT ride on the shiney new gixxer............................................ ......................

Nice to read and hear. Good luck to both of you
To every man upon this earth
    Death cometh sooner or late
And how can a man die better
    Than facing fearful odds
For the ashes of his fathers
And the temples of his Gods
