    Lights on all the time - don’t have a choice.
    I do debate the Lights on Full beam at night in the city etc following people.
    I does make is fricken hard for on coming traffic to see what’s ahead of them. It seems the low beam is getting brighter and brighter as the years go by on new cars. "Bitch Wagons" (4WD etc) seem to be the worse.

    High beam all the time unless it's dark. If I could fit lethal lasers, I'd do that too.

    I totally agree that the car driver needs a DAMN GOOD SCARE to stop them doing this stuff. An incident like this should leave the driver as shaken as the rider. That will make them pay more attention next time!
