Thought I'd pop in for a visit with a Ride Report from the Great PNW
& to say HI to Wari while I'm here

Upper Clackamas Rideout
....Went well with some lad's from AdvRider. I led the way to this previous fav destination of mine...


As you can see, I was representing the Vintage DualSport genre' for the day ...


After climbing a bit in elevation above the resevoir,
We then took a break here.....

I was well impressed with the KTM.......Bluddy Fast Beast it was!

Starting to look a bit on the mucky side....


Probably from going through a few of these .....


Finally @ home tucked in after a nice bath ....

Thanks for the pictures. Quite keen on Adventure Riding, definitely need to find myself a trail bike and kit it up.

Used to have an XT very similar to that myself, way back in the day. Bloody thing kept on dying on me, couldnt handle the lousey fuel on Great Barrier Island. Had to clean the carbs out every two weeks or so. Was somewhat lacking in power compared to the XR's all my mates were riding too, and could have used better headlights, but otherwise it was an ok bike.
