can't they get up to 60kms an hour? not too bad if its a long distance chase when the fool is on foot and not smart enough to jump a fence
    From American dad :
American dads dad: Breaking into a safe is like making love to a woman

American dad: So you just pound on it for two minutes until your done?

I think Mr jackrat meant BMW motorcycles. The bikie cops are now using BMWs. Except for one contrary, stick in the mud bearded old troglodyte who insists on sticking with some funny Honda thingie.

Damn troglodyte, all the others happily piss away taxpayer dollars wth exhorbitant parts and services, (and matching bmw handbags) while all the people I spoke to involved in the testing program when the tender went out were sure the honda was going to win, citing its manuevreability, availability of parts, ergonomics, speed, service life and comparitive price.

As is the way with Government departments, after taking the recommendations of all involved in the test group, read Honda ST, and so on, and so on, the police take delivery of a whole bunch of new shiny beemers...

Bet some beaurocrat somewhere is driving a nice new cheap 7 series, a nice loyalty incentive in our incorruptable society....

Bit like most things... don't listen to the front line, just do what we want.
"Trialled the Hondas, they work well, well liked, etc etc... lets go for Beemers."

Stab resistant vests...lets "trial them" here. WTF???? Didn't anyone trial them overseas, thats why they use em????
