Well after doing it for a few weeks my respect for you has grown even more (even though it was high already).. As for the pain, mine is constant, but not bad (about 2-3 out of 10) but i have had bouts of pain reaching 9 out of 10 which was excrutiating due to the fact it wouldnt change and was so constant (luckily my bouts have only been for an hour at a time and probably not as bad as yours...) Will make sure to catch up with you when im racing down south

Still tho, which nub encoded the vid at only 512 kbps and expects to see someone with only one arm?

This nub did, using adobe premiere pro. Why? Because it was intended to be viewed as a streaming vid. It only weighs in at 8mb, where as the version compressed with divx using virtua dub weighed in at over 20mb.
