There were numerous threads about 3-4 weeks ago mentioning the Hikuai road (Coromandel) being well dug up and not much fun for riding.
I'm planning on heading over there this weekend, if you know the state of this road please let me know!

mate, she's all good. Was over there two weeks ago and the bad section was all sealed.Bit of loose gravel then but most of that should be gone by now. Just watch the centre and edges of the road and you should be fine.
At least it's not all that Lime and Mud crap now.
the road is fine - it's all the fuckwits from north of the bombays with their remmers tractors, boat trailers they can't even back down the ramp, and their spoilt kids in wanker pish turbos that spoil it.
