    Decals and livery

Ok so there is more in the 250 club on what I'm after but.....
Looking for the livery (size.dimensions.. etc for the vinyl on my bike) so i can make a nice new set (and i'm sure some others would like some too) seeing as i know some friendly signwriters.
But!!!!!!!!! Get me the livery.... please :P
If anyone else would like new graphics for their bike and have the livery for it (or even a good picture (of it flat) so i could maybe photoshop me an outline and some dimensions) perhaps i could help make it happen.

    Much appreciated

no offence dude but what 'livery' are you after...

There is the standard CBR red with blue on white, and the reversed blue with red on white. Then there is a 'babyblade' scheme similar to the same year 600/900 blades.

no one can really help you unless you a specific

also if your signwriter mates are half decent they will use a good graphics program which can compute dimensions etc from a photo. That is, you put the photo in, takeo one measurement and then it does the rest. So you need photos and an accurate measurement of one straight edge.

It's better to not pass and know that you could have than to pass and find out that you can't. Wait for the straight.

No offence? lol. interesting start to a post.

So if i were more specific about a 91 cbr250rrl (as that is my bike as it says BIKE).
Seeing as all of the 90 and 91 came out with the same graphics but in different colours as long as i have the dimensions i should be fine as i CAN see in colour.

The 92 onward came out with the babyblade scheme.

But if more specificity is required.

Does that help? Now you can finally give them to me. that's great!

Crieky they can compute depth from a 2d picture now?
That would be half-decent. Flexi sign is much better for cars, though i wonder if they have bikes in there? Seeing as they usually SUPERIMPOSE the photo over the size specifications which are PUBLISHED in that program.
But i am no signwriter, i just wanted to make the process easier and more exacting to specifications......... as i know you understand being pedantic about specifics.

So excuse me for wanting to find out if anyone had the livery.

lol...... where is the rrrreeeeeowwww smiley?

I am a signwriter & occassionally make bike decals. A square-on photo is good for length(width) & height only - except in the case of fairings and side pods that curve, there is no way to calculate the fore-shortening effect in the photo.
Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?
