The busa will be the fastest production bike in the world, until someon decides to brake the 'gentlemans' agreement, of 299km/h top speed.
Was the fastest bike in the world

And who ever does will most likley bring the wraith of the rest of the EU down on the whole industry.
Negative, kawasaki already has with the zxr14

Fark sake, the six cylinder Hayabusa due for release soon will probably arrive about when that ZX14 shitter hits land. No one in there right mind is going to buy the Kwak when the six is out, are they?

My understanding is they are not limited, the new bus aint either, According to Road and Sport in Hamilton, kawasaki broke the 186 mph agreement, and suzucki has also........apparently

    What you mean by this?
Of course the ZXR14 is faster and has the fastest bike crown, do you think kawasaki would go out and make a bike slower, their target was to make a better and faster bike than the 9 year old suzuki relic, why would they have failed

Yeah, but Quasi's gonna do the old "snip and tuck" to that pesky little restrictor wire, aren't you Quasi? Then take it to the strip, racetrack, "private road" and .... O' course there'll be someone there with a derestricted 'busa to keep hom honest...? I bet the road testers around the world are chafing at the bit to do a comparo!

The thing is FASTEST PRODUCTION BIKE which means no snip snip, straight out of box. Which the busa owns, and will until someone decides to brake the 'gentlemens' agreement

I am no way dissing the zx14r it looks like an awsome bike, more hp then the busa lighter, So it should get up to that limiter pretty quickly no doubt.
But in turn i don't think it was wind tunnel designed like the busa, which at high speed it plays a great deal in to hp needed to go faster.

You don't think they designed a bike fast enough to flip if it catches some air in the wrong place on the fairings, and made for over 300km/h in a wind tunnel? They design Corollas in wind tunnels ffs.
