Ghost rider was never about the hard cornering really, he has always been the cop baiter/high speed runner guy. I have seen the state of his tyres, and they reflect the style of riding he does, lots of monos, and traffic weaving. The only times he really puts it over, is on a motorway on/off ramp, or chasing another biker, even then, its not anything huge.

Good old Ghosty, he is a freaking nutter alright.

Talking of setups...... Of all the "Motorway riding" I've watched Ghostrider do, There has never ever been a car changing lane! All Vehicles stay in their lanes, all the time.

And another thing, I used to go by chicken strips for judging people untill I saw people going fast with rediculous profiles... they don't get off the edge because the tyre often can't. With my old tyres I was slow but had no chicken strips front/rear because they were plastic tyres with no profile at all. Yay.

Same with my RG150... about 2mm on the rear, and 15mm on the front... and thats with half the peg missing...

Nope, generally can only keep in touch in the tight stuff (kopu/coromandel tight) so they are well gone by the time the MW comes about

he seems pretty farkin fast in the 3rd(?) one around the nurburgring,
a few shots i've seen of the back tyre, in the 2nd one i think,
twas shreaded past the edge.
Pretty soft tyre too by the looks,
leaves big black rubber lines out of the corners.

the motorway traffic there does seem to stay calm,
no fighting for position like here.

IMHO GR is several different people, with different styles.
the first 2 releases were far more balls out than the rest.
I certainly wouldn't call "him" slow.
but then im not fast so, yeh.

It's not a setup. It's actually intelligent Swedish people driving with their eyes open. I used to live in Sweden and they are very curtious drivers. If you come up behind someone they usually move over to let you past. If they don't you just flash your high beam and they move over. Completely unlike the inbreed morons in NZ who think falshing your high beams mean you want to fight. Stupid bloody Kiwi's.

Fact: There is no GR. There are many of them, around 6 at a guess. They are all based around Stockholm and could ride the ass off any of you guys with the exception of Loosebruce, WINJA and of course myself.

As for the chicken strips, perhaps he just put on new tyres...
