    At least i waited over a month and a half before i got on a bike hehehe... Dont worry, will still be at least a couple of months before im racing, dont want to race when im only at 60%, then crash and end back up at 0% again...

    Baked Bean cans are better than coke cans Frosty. They last longer and spark real well. I have a night photo I will dig out of me cornering with them on the ground.

    If its bruised you'll be fine. You will eventually get all of your function and feeling back.

    Have you got a rehab plan set out for you by ACC? They should be able to fund you to see a personal trainer through YMCA gyms. You'll need to work on your flexibilty with stretching and more than likely some external rotation exercises to strengthen up your infraspinatus and teres minor muscles.

    If you don't have any joy with some rehab work, give me a PM and I'll point you in the right direction.
