That's bad - did they take with force while his wife and little boy were watching? I hope they don't offer it back for a good price, that's really rubbing it in.For this reason alone I would never own a Harley.

Hey guys, thanks for your commnets, I have passed them on, His wife was pretty freaked by the whole thing, I guess the thought that they were that close to the house was pretty scarey..One of the down sides to shift work is being away from home at night.

    Few more details, Vin/chassis # 1HD1GHL10VY316542
    Engine # GHLV316542

If he sells tickets, he'll make back his reward money.

I wouldn't mind a couple of free shots at a bike thieve. I'm only little though so someone'd have to hold them down. He could make his reward back selling free punches too.

Fucken thieving arseholes! Hangings too good for 'em!

That is an extremly good idea, I think that this should become more mainstream, let the spend more time solving the "important" crimes, like speeding. Or maybe not

It's called vigilantism and is illegal in most 'civilised' societies.

Not that I wouldn't pay good money to join in the fun with a baseball bat when FF's mate finds his bike and the scrotes that took it, mind.

Dude, sorry to hear about the loss, it looks like no one here would expect to recieve any sort of reward other than front row tickets.

Real sorry to hear about that. What makes it even worse is the pricks are probably into bikes themselves, hence their desire to have one. When we are all trying to foster the spirit of riders supporting each other these abnomalies spit out from the matrix of shit. I had a bike nicked years ago when at Polytech and it was all I could afford. It really hurts.
    Hope it turns up OK.

Naah, only illegal if someone reports it
Titirangi is close to bush areas of Waitakere anyway

One of them bugger got into my brother's house while there were 2 people IN the house. They didn't make any sound, and got away with the house key and car key (after it was attached to my bro's flatmate car). Pretty freaked them out quite good to know someone got into your house while you're in there.
    I say hang 'em high!

The police should make those ads "if you steal be prepared to kill". Would create quite a stir I'd say.
