A Ditch work friday arvo ride in Welly

I was thinking of ditching work this afternoon (28th April) for a ride to the top of the Tukkas. Any Wellington takers? If so meeting at Mobil Silverstream at 2pm. Cruisy pace.

If this flys I might run one once a month on a Friday. Anyone interested in this with a bit more notice?

A good thought but count me out as I'm in the same boat as Str8 Jacket.

If you come up the motorway, take the first turn off to Upper Hutt over the Silverstream bridge and go straight ahead, you can't miss it.

I should work for you insanity, that way you can pay me to ride with you

edit: saw a bike on its stand on the side of the road at melling this morning, a red something with all the right side fairing cracked and scratched pretty bad, looked for the biker and couldnt see him so i hope he/she is allright, continued on to work waving to madboy going the other way.

Sorry for not turning up to your ride dude. but found out too late. Do ya need a hug? If the weather really turns on us (bad) I might call it and adjourn to McD's, but if its just spitting I'll still go.

Yeah I saw that too. A red sport tourer and two white cars parked up before melling bridge. On a side note I thought of starting a quick response IT team with company bikes, kinda like geeks on wheels but aimed at the corp/ ME market.

Only a thought but imagine how quick even in town that you could respond to a crisis.
