Speed up when you see cops

I tried gunning it everytime I saw a cop, but fuel consumption went to shit and because I f**ked off in such a hurry every time I was never sure whether I'd been chased or not, so couldn't honestly add it to the scoreboard. So if you're not into having a decent chase, why bait?

Better idea is to rock up to them at 145 or so, that way making sure they get excited over the idea that they've got an instant disq on their hands, then wait for them to catch up, THEN gun it. Otherwise it's just not a fair fight. Makes for better TV that way too if they've got the 10-7 or Mway patrol crew with them. Oh, but wait, they don't show the ones that get away on that show!
