    ...so I had my first bail.

    Monday morning, about a half a km from home... had to make it to work early as I was running a morning meeting - SHIT. Forgot my wallet & phone. Slammed on the anchors, front wheel felt like it was on marbles... and I'm down & sliding down the road with the bike just ahead of me.

    Picked myself & the bike up. Not too much damage to me or bike (bit more road rash on the bike, bit on my side & a banged knee) but shaken.

    Ended up getting myself together, running the morning meeting and getting an assignment submitted for work that I'd spent about 70+ hours working on over the previous two weeks. Not a bad start to the week.
