You can actually sit your basic handling skills test on a scooter, but I wouldn't really recommend it (unless you only want to ride scooters), as then you still have to learn how to change gears etc. I had a lesson on a scooter, and sat my test on a scooter, and now regret it, as I still have no idea how to change gears, and so need another lesson, even though I have my learners already. Ah, well, you live you learn.

Well i do live out on a farm so i have a bit of space to practice when i do get a bike. I might check out riderskills as $100 for training and test sounds like a bargain to me.
