I've said it before and I'll say it again - you dont want the R1200S, go the K1200S. I mean, fk, just check out that rocket launcher of an exhaust.

Thanks mate, that is a lovely bike, and I'm seriously considering one when I wear the Z750 out.

K1200_S_? No! K1200_R_! They look cooler in the metal. And sound amazing.

    WRT - I agree actually.
Dammit if that bike (and the 800cc similar lookin bike BMW are bringing out soon) doesnt look like a TRX800.

I like the look of the 800 twins, but I'm sure the price will be a bit tasty.

Pw - apparently they are a bit under-powered compared to the SV650, and more expensive (obviously).

Surprised myself - I actually like that bike. Are you sure that's a beemer?

I'm heartened by all the positive comments about BMW's. At one time they would have been dismissed as "not real bikes" by a lot of KB'ers (and bikers in general). I'd be really happy to own another Beemer and this generation of twins really look the biz. incidentally, Two Wheels has got a test of the new 800cc parallel twin and they rave about it.
