I ride my local loop Karitane to Dunback to Kyeburn to Hyde to Macraes back down the hill to Dunback and back home, fill and hour or two in on a nice afternoon
Frost grit will be coming on soon so all those back roads will be stuffed untill the spring rains have washed then clear

That is some phat local loop to be living close too. The section into Macreas is wicked - like a asphalt go-kart track through empty hills with huge rock stacks. Minto road. Minto Pub at Macreas too.
