You can break it down into sections:
1 - start/finish straight + 180' left hairpin (pit exit is on hairpin)
2 - esses
3 - sharp right with right hand sweeper exit
4 - 180' left hair pin with left sweeper exit
5 - chicane out onto mega wide straight
6 - question mark shaped chicane onto start/finish straight (pit entry is here)
Depending on the bike you'll use 2nd or 3rd gear for virtually everything that isn't straight.
meh, might as put how I rode it. Please note, this lot can be improved upon heaps and definitely will be at the track day!!
1 - bomb it down the straight staying right out wide. Hard on the brakes, down to 2 to 2nd, braking all the way into the hairpin. On the exit stay left or someone will take you.
2 - like most esses don't go too fast or you'll screw your line for the next part of it. Right-left-right. Apex for last right is blind. Get on the throttle before the apex and drift out wide on exit.
3 - Briefly hard on the brakes and square the right hand corner. On the throttle as you get into the apex. Stay right if possible but don't get off the throttle to do so cos of the right sweeper. May want to short shift to 3rd briefly
4 - Down to 2nd, stand it on it's nose and toss it onto it's left side. Throttle out of the apex. You can drift nice and wide here but don't get off the throttle or some smart arse will take you up the inside. You can go right around the outside of someone on the left sweeper relatively comfortably. Up to 3rd somewhere. If you're on it you'll have to change up during the sweeper not the short piece after it.
5 - Brake down to 2nd and into the chicane. You can almost straight line it but not quite. Slow for the left & right then wind the throttle out in the following left out onto the straight. The apex for the last left is virtually right at the start of the corner. It's very wierd but you can nail it without being able to see your exit provided you've got some lean on. If you don't nail it you'll stay in tight, hit the slightly nasty little bump on exit and be slow down the straight.
6 - If you do 5 right then you'll end up way wide on the straight. Stay out wide until you can see both the left and right then aim straight for the middle of the 2. Stright line the left and get hard on the brakes for the right. Watch out cos the surface is actually breaking up so you have to sneak between that and the ripple strip. Down into the last left and onto the straight.
Can anyone who has raced on the track suggest some improvements on that lot please.
