The content could be prepared with both a biker and non-biker audience in mind. Don't forget that lots of non-bikers watch and enjoy MotoGP and SBK. Promoting motorcycling is about selling the sizzle, not (just) the sausage.
For example: "being safe on the roads" could help make cagers more aware of bikers, as well as increasing biker awareness; "roads fondly travelled" is as much about the experience as the mode of travel; bike reviews help sell bikes and get more people on and enjoying them; yada yada yada.
