Give the PIB 0800 105 777 and they will be able to give you all the info you need. And provided the records are up-to-date they may just be able to tell you how much the fine is.

got the ticket today, awfully quick in getting to me, was even a hanf-written envelope.
here is the cost, they fined me for 81km, 40 demerit points and $300.
