I parked there once (before the park got extended)
came back and found a $40 ticket on my bike.
Wrote a nice letter to the council explaining someone must have moved my bike to just outside the bike park... the ticket got cancelled :-)

only problem is if we start shitting on him (now there's an idea...ewww!) is the whole thing begins to esculate & I'm fearful he has some element of right on his side?

Hmm, Dave Chapelle did an R Kelly remix that'd fit right in here....

As long as things are done legally, like not moving your bike and ignoring the letters he leaves, or calling the Police next time he moves your bike and get them to talk to him then its really his problem.

    Thanks Paul!

Buy another cable lock and lock the wankers bike to the railing. Then loose the key.

I parked there once and swore black and blue my bike wasn't in the same place as I had left it. I parked up in front of that particular brain surgeon come to think of it and when I came back my bike was just outside the end of the row. Thought it might have been some good samaritan stopping me from getting a ticket.

Must have been fun to move as I had my titan disc lock on it at the time too!

All of this just highlights to me why I park in a parking building. Sure, it costs me $2.50 per day, but for that I get to park under cover and well away from the general public. There is a big space and I'm always the only bike parked in it.

Surely there is a law regarding interferring with other peoples property...

Even if the other bikes are illegally parked he has no right to touch them, only to call the council. Report him to the police for interferring with other peoples property. Simple.
