In the worst case - if it arrives being not the bike it was represented as, you've only paid 2500 and you have possesion. You're in a very strong position to renegotiate.
it's not a bad thing till you throw a KLR into the mix.
those cheap ass bitches can do anything with ductape.

Or you are just $2500 out of pocket.
    The glass is half empty.
Well, you've heard both sides of what can go wrong/right, both have good arguments for and against, so; what are you gonna do?
(I think you'd be mad, but whatever turns your wheels......)

Wow this is an old thread....... but... If someone from here had bought this bike they would never have received it...Like someone is going to ship a bike half way across the World to a total stranger, take 1/2 the money up front then the other 1/2 when the bike got here..unfortnately this type of scam is very popular, worse is a lot of people fall for it....the only outcome would have been the out of pocket $2500.The bike was probably sold numerous times...A young guy (US) did the same thing with a TL1000,payed a half deposit oversea's,once the money was sent all communication stopped.

It takes around 4 weeks to get to your door. Once payment is confirmed I can arrange shippment right away”.

aslo i will make 1/2 of the payment now and 1/2 once i get it in NZ...humm....what should I do now...
