This is clearly a case of the p*(@# harassing a citizen and even if he was the guy they were looking for, it still does not excuse them of the swearing and pushing, and some are saying that maybe he shouldn't have been going so fast??? Ummmmm priorities anyone?

I'm going to make sure I keep my bloody voice recorder and carry it on me at all times, and believe me, it will be on everytime I smell bacon to catch every bit of the uneducated idiocy that comes out of their mouth.

(Ohhhh that's a pretty cool earthquake going on right now.)
And it also captures the idiocy and abuse that comes out of the users mouth too....

    Real smart buddy.

dont think it would happen? check this out http://www.stuff.co.nz/stuff/0,2106,3449158a10,00.html

You Dont need to. Its already been viewed and probably discussed by who knows how many cops. 'Tis only time now.

I never said that I condone such speed. Hell, if someone's doing 130km/hr in 50km/hr zone with me around I'd be bloody pissed off. I only commented on the professionalism of the involved and that it was very troubling and disgusting.

Aside from the 130 in a 50, why would anyone think getting mistaken for someone else, being assaulted by Police and THEN being handed a ticket for a speed they didn't/couldn't check is lucky?
I'd being having a long conversation with my lawyer right now.

Go for it sunshine! If you do something that I believe deserves a bollocking then you're goingto get a bollocking complete with nonP.C. attitude and bad language.

Want to record it and go to P.C.A.? Fire ahead, I won't give a shit, I most likely will have a shit-load of more pressing matters to deal with your pissy complaint.

Of course some would say "good on you, takes him off the streets for the P.C.A. and he won't be writing tickets"

Others would say "get over it and let him get on with real policing, they're short handed enough"

We do get drongos down here the record roadside stops etc, guess what? I've never heard of one being used successfully against a cop - but I suppose it helps Energiser batteries profit margin.!

If there is no definative record of your speed (ie no radar lock or laser lock or speed check) you can be charged (not ticketed) with exceeding the speedlimit which results in a fine of $1000 and no demerits... So who should be fucking lucky he got a ticket for only $120...

As for people saying "Cop professionalism (sp)" Look at yourselfs... Your all saying that you would be really pissed off if you saw someone doing that speed in a residential area... AND they thought it was someone else with a previous record of runners on a bike... Yes they shouldnt really have pushed him around, but i say, we need to see more teenagers get a kick up the arse rather than think, "HA! that cop only gave me a ticket!"

How did he get the bike and the wheelie bin to stick to the wall like that??

Oh, and you're a very bad boy for speeding and doing wheelies. Don't do it again cos it makes us all look like naughty bikers.
