ok i'll refine slightly, it's more executive looking woman drivers, you know the type, dress in straight black dresses, and are usually just dosey secretary etc. they usually drive a holden barina, or similarly rubbishy car, but that wouldn't fit in the title, and when i say drivers, i mean cagers, not riders

I don't think bitches should be allowed to drive, vote or leave the kitchen without permission.

They are a liability and it would leave the roads a lot less busy for me and my bike.

Recently I committed a similar sin to the one complained of in this thread.
I was driving past a bike dealer in a work car and I saw a new Moto Morini Corsaro on the footpath outside. I jammed the brakes on, banged it into reverse and looked in the mirror, in that order. Nothing there but it wouldn't have made any difference if there was. I told the guy in the shop what I'd done and made a mental note to wake up.

And the Moto Morini does look an impressive bike.

I still say it should be compulsory to ride a bike for 2 years before being allowed to drive a cage, that should fix it.

Why is it unacceptable? And , sorry, if you cannot stop short of an obstacle ahead of you you are too close or going too fast. What if there had been a large truck sideways across the road, backing into a driveway? Or any other obstacle. If you can't see over the brow of a hill, slow down. The road code (and common sense, too) are crystal clear on this.

This is all part of driving defensively...something that, unfortunately, bikers need to do more than other traffic.
OK sure, it's a blind hill and that's a bitch. But you know it's there. You know you don't know what's on the other side. Common sense dictates that you take the Boy Scout route and Be Prepared.
