    Talking '06 ZX10R recall

LOL...well with all the bs from Mr WINJA's thread re a ZX10 recall this came as a freaking giggle!!
Just got a phone call from the local bike shop from which I bought my scooter from saying that there IS a recall due to the steering dampner bolts!!
Maybe WINJA has ESPn or something similar....slightly wrong channel but hell, not bad mate!

Bugger, is it just a matter of replacing the bolts?

That is quite funny. Unfortunately I think this is a real recall this time unless your bike shops been reading this site. Sounds like it should be a fairly easy fix though so hopefully you shouldn't be without bike for too long.

And to all those that poo-poo'd Kawakai NZ's response to recalls, the recall has only very recently been announced in the UK!

Yeah just a sortin' of the bolts etc so I gather. Should take all of 10mins to sort out

Seeing a heterosexual with a girlfriend riding around would just ruin Honda's image as the choice of the discerning homosexual.
