    Smile How about this

    Hi
What do you guys think about this bike deal.
    SUZUKI RG150 98, 14500KM price,$975

And what dose this mean and is it a problem, there is a slight dead spot before the power kicks in as power valve goes from closed to open.

Here are some pics of the bike

    Cheers

note the repainted fairings, like I said to someone else, buy now!!! its cheap as anything, at least $600 cheaper than other RGs and a good bike into the bargain. However, only the tank is standard colours. Power valve replacement should be done at 25000, along with other work, about $700 + Still you could make a good profit off this. It sounds like a very good deal, buy it before someone starts bidding on it...

For me to be able to know what is wrong with the power valves and what is causing the flat spot, i need to know at what revs does this happen....

AS for the powervalves, they work in three stages, and the most common one to be worn out is the second stage...... Also take the Powervalve cover off and check if the spring that assists the powervalves are there, and whether all the screws are done up...... But other than that, fucking good buy, dont hold back get it now.... with all the work that might need to be done to it, you will still be spending under 2 grand for a bike that can provide a shit load of fun
