Arrow Bikes out doing Riverhead/Coatsville Rd? 21/05/06

Does anyone know if there are any KBers or any other groups out riding on the Riverhead/Coatsville Rd Up near Albany today?????

If you know anyone out there please try to contact them...
Accident happened closer to the Albany end of Coatsville.
(heard at 10.50am as a friend just went past it)
I understand it to be a black sportbike in bits.
Approx 10 riders with the rider with Ambulance in attendence.
Car on the other side of the road....

    Has anyone heard about it?

Please all travel safe out there on the road.

I hope the rider is going to be ok.

As long as no names (of injured or worse) are mentioned I have no problem with it. Please guys, we don't want any guesses here un-necessarily worrying family and friends.

    Hope all concerned are okay.

Thats just round the corner from me, I ride along there every day. That stretch of road is very popular with bikes and city folk in cages. Not a good mix. I hope its not too serious.

The rider is okay but off to NS for obs. No broken bones and could stand up with the help of the ambo guys. I don't think he is a KBer although there was a KBer riding with him. I know him cause he works in the industry. His 2 day old ZX10r was a bit of a mess.

A car driven by a young dipshit female, pulled out in front of him. From the looks of things he handled it well and aimed for the lowest part of the car and went over it.

Glad he's okay! Great road for a bike 'cept for the traffic! Always cautious out there, too many blind spots and too many cars and 4x4's pulling out of sideroads and driveways!

Yeah, good to hear he's going to be ok.

There's a few bikes being taken out lately. Not just for a ride either.
