Riding the mountain bike used to be a pretty good substitute for me personally. Show off around down town by pulling wheelies every where, doing runners for thrills and even going over to woodhill for some spills. Kept me fit as well.

Hey man, I tried cross country once when I was keeping my bro and his mates company. Definetly not for me.

I am usually out there doing the jumps and down hill bits. I haven't been there for more than a month though... Last time I was out that way, I came across this super hot chick. Said hi/hello... followed a pretty nice wee wheelie down the hill. Wanted to follow it up with a big air jump to really show off for her... Ended up getting too keen and landed straight on my head and took a chunk out of my knee. I've only just healed properly so I'll be going back that way soon.

If you wana hook up for a MTB ride sometime, let me know. Doesn't matter if you are that serious rider or not. I'm just out there for a bit of fun.
