    rides for slower riders

Nowadays when I'm riding on the road I tend to more or less stick to the speed limit.I just can't be without a licence so I'm ultra careful.
As well as that I'm usually carrying precious cargo--(my son) and any faster and his neck can't cope.
Does anyone organise rides to cater for slower riders like me?
Better still maybee a ride route that lets us arrive at the same place as you
fast guys by going by a shorter route

PT, Milky and I usually go for speed limit rides (mainly due to the CB not being able to speed and the beemer not liking it) But those rides are generally just short ones (up scenic drive then to bethells or wellsford) but if we are going on one we can let you know
See Robert Taylor for any Ohlins requirements www.northwest.co.nz
    Thanks Colemans Suzuki
    Thanks AMCC
I use DID Chains and Akrapovic Exhausts

If I may join you guys, give me a yell next time. That used to be my old route back in the days.

I used to go to phia and back a couple of times then head up scenic drive then bethells and come out wellsford way.

I will organise one, when i get the bike back..... My rides are generally on Sundays (even though i work everyday ) in the morning will post when it will happen Riding speed is usually 10-15kmh within the limit but we try to keep that speed through the really tight and twisty, speed while passing is upto you, but as soon as passing is done, we slow down to the safe zone again

Gotta love bethells road, I think I must be the slowest ever rider out there though as cages regularly catch me up. I'll prolly be in.

it's a pity none of you guys live down here on the east coast, as I always do the limit or under, can't stand going any faster, feels like I'm gonna get blown off the bike, the worst thing about cruiser bikes, but what's the definition of cruiser anyway! Me and hubby went into town today to get his bike re vinned after 4 years of not being reged, it flew thru and is all road legal now, cool anyway, the weather turned to crap and I got drenched on the way home, the wet weather gear I have is very ineffective, he however was dry as a bone,

Count me in for the slower rides too, the F650 isn't such a speedster at all!
Mind you, not too bad through the twisties, went on a Coromandel run a few weeks back and scraped footpegs a few times.....
