What a bummer, last year I was passing out unexpectedly and there was some thought it might have been epilepsy but they ruled that out just kept taking my license off me for 6 weeks after each episode. Hasn't happened for a while, I'm hoping that it was connected to my dicky ticker and after its recent rebore the problem will disappear

No-one has ever said anything about wanting a free bike (it'd be nice, but not likely) - Bike sitting on the other hand, I've never had a problem offering to help people. I like to help out wherever I can.

As far as a project goes... how about we sort something out - I'll tell ya what;
I'll look after the ZX for ya (free of charge) and you can rebuild a wrecked bike that I'llbuyaquire for you. Now ya can't past a deal like that!

Col,..The beast needs a little work at present, RHS forkseal and new front tyre as well as a little carb balancing to cure the rough down low running. I'll get that sorted and be in touch if you want to borrow it.

Sorry to hear the news, hope all goes well.
Re the bike -imho its probably better to sell it while its in good nick and save for something better (or same again if you like of course) Bikes tend to deterioate if left sitting for long periods, often depite the best efforts and intentions. And it will be another year older. Having the money in the bank will give you lots of options.
